Newstaff Employment services is an independent recruitment business with offices in Luton, St Albans, and Milton Keynes. May 20, 2020 The New Employee Introduction Is Welcoming. Finally, the new employee introduction gives you the opportunity to explain the new employee’s job, location, and start date. It alerts your employees to look for a new employee to greet and welcome. A positive new employee introduction letter also shares several points of interest about the new.

Welcome to the Ramapo Community!

Now that you have been hired you can access information and resources for employees of Ramapo College.

Please be advised that before being placed on the College’s payroll, you will need to provide proof that you are legally authorized to work in the United States. You will need to complete a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, (see step 1 below) and provide appropriate documentation. If you are a nonimmigrant who needs sponsorship for an H-1B Visa, or if you have any questions regarding the requirements of the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and immigration service, please contact Ramapo College’s Office of International Education at (201) 684-7533 as soon as possible.

Please complete Steps 1 and 2 and schedule an appointment with the Benefits Office at ext. 7230. After your meeting in the Benefits Office you will be able to proceed to Step 3.

Step 1 – Required Forms for ALL New Employees

New staff introduction email

Print and return ALL signed forms to the Benefits Office (Room D-115). The Benefits Office will then place you into active employee status so you can access employee services (step 3).

  • Civil Service Examination**
  • Pennsylvania Residents Only ***

* For Admissions Counselors, Security Officers, Housekeeping Staff and Facilities Staff only.
** Provisional employees only.
*** If you are a resident of Pennsylvania, complete Pennsylvania W4 in place of NJ W4.

Step 3 – Electronic Services, Parking and I.D. Cards

STOP! Please contact the Benefits Office at Ext. 7230 before completing STEP 3.
Photo I.D. and Parking Access Card are available in C-102 upon authorization from the Benefits Office.
